Typographical Errors

Checking Goods on Delivery
All goods must be checked upon delivery for damage and to confirm all items ordered are present before signing the carriers’ paperwork. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing goods once the items have been signed for.

Shipping
We endeavour to meet all guidelines set out regarding delivery time scales but we cannot be held responsible for goods arriving late due to using a private carrier.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally when ordering goods from our online store the quantity required may outweigh the quantity in stock. If this happens we will send what stock we do have to you and deliver the remaining items on back order.

Returns
Returning of unwanted goods must be done so within 7 days at the customers’ expense. An insured carrier must be used and the goods must be returned in (as new) condition, in the original undamaged packaging and include any accessories or instructions supplied.
